Our service call fee is $80 + $1/mile each way from Texarkana
Our service facility is one of the best equipped in the Arklatex. Everything from tuning & minor repair work to full restoration including refinishing and player piano restoration is performed in house. Click here to see before and after photos of a grand restoration. All of our used pianos are sent through our service facility and thoroughly reconditioned inside and out. We do PianoDisc and Pianomation player system installation for our customers and for other dealers. Coupled with our own delivery crew and equipment this gives us tremendous quality control - we do not rely on any outside vendors for service work. Email us if you have questions regarding servicing your piano or to set up an appointment. You may also contact us by phone at 903-791-1758. Regional phone calls only please - we do service a roughly 100 mile radius of Texarkana (a little further for our player piano customers) and must be able to inspect the piano in order to estimate the work needed and cost. Inspection is also required to accurately determine a piano's value. If you are outside this area please contact a local tech or store. We are simply not set up to handle the volume of calls generated by the Internet, especially in light of the fact that the travel distance often involved makes the cost of a service call unfeasible.
